Waterfront is the new heart of Gdynia. A multifunctional complex of a great scale and prestigious location by the sea will liven up this part of the city and make it bustle. All you need for a comfortable life, work and relaxation will be at your fingertips.

Connects the city with the sea

Living near the water allows you to momentarily escape the passage of time. You can relax on the beach, enjoy a morning jog, a bike ride or an evening stroll along the waterfront. The immediate vicinity of the marina means you can benefit from its potential and discover your maritime passions.

Opens up possibilities

A modern and varied city quarter will be created on an area of 4 hectares. A mix of diverse functions is going to elevate the residents’ quality of life and create conditions favourable for business.

Not only is this project going to provide a convenient place to live and work, but it is also going to make the world of art and year-round events accessible. Public squares open for everyone will encourage people to have a moment of relaxation with family, take a walk, and meet with friends.

Zrealizowane dotąd etapy inwestycji tchnęły nowe życie w centrum Gdyni. Cztery budynki biurowe, dwa mieszkalne, lokale usługowe oraz hotel Courtyard by Marriott nadały temu miejscu miejski rytm i energię. Waterfront już dziś jest przestrzenią, w której praca, codzienność i nadmorski klimat tworzą naturalną całość.

Waterfront tomorrow

W kolejnych etapach zaplanowano dwa nowe hotele z centrum konferencyjnym, wielosalowe kino oraz pawilon kultury. Waterfront stanie się bazą wypadową dla turystów, miejscem spotkań towarzyskich i biznesowych oraz wydarzeń artystycznych. To naturalne przedłużenie miejskiego rytmu Gdyni – dynamicznego, otwartego i bliskiego morzu.
